1. Designation: IT Support Administrator
2. Salary range: php 25000 – php 30000 per month (this is approximate)
3. Years of experience: 5 years minimum

Main Duties/Responsibilities 

– Troubleshoot PC hardware components and application software 

– Troubleshoot printing issue remotely 

– Setup computers and laptops for new users joining the business remotely 

– Must know how to manage and handle ticketing System 

– Must know how to troubleshoot and administered Microsoft application such as Office 365,  Outlook, Teams etc 

– Installation of User application 

– Creating User account from different platform 

– Experience in handling VOIP telephone system like 3CX is preferred. 

– Basic troubleshooting in VOIP Telephony system (eg ; 3CX, ring central etc) 

– Basic troubleshooting in Workforce application 

– Coordinate with the third party IT Providers 

– Working hours – AU 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Australian Time
