Position: Customer Service Representative 

Site / Location: IBM Plaza, Eastwood City, Bagumbayan, Quezon City

Shift Time: 9:00 PM-6:00 AM


Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • Good English Communication and Written skills.
  • Proficient is using Microsoft Office and computer operation
  • A passion to achieve excellence and work well within a call center environment.
  • Self motivated and Sales Driven!
  • The drive to produce above average results.

  • Team player and enthusiastic
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels (email/ chat / voice)
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Experience in BPO/ Call center company is an advantage ( at least 6 mos. experience)
  • Required skill(s): Communication Skills, Confidence, Knowledge on Sales strategies
