Today, February 12, 2016 Sales Rain BPO proudly announces completing it’s 7th year of operations in the Philippines. The company has been highly successful and has grown to three offices and is currently in process of opening its 4th by the end of this quarter.
In its continued efforts towards giving back to the community, Sales Rain went on a Chair Donation Drive. Maintaining happy clients is important to Sales Rain’s dedication to excellence in its service delivery. Along with maintaining state of the art facilities for its clients and employees comes the need for replacing older items in its installations, leaving many items that still have a lot of use. Sales Rain gathered 71 chairs from one of its facilities and selected three needful organizations that could benefit from the chairs.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Sales Rain BPO is about demonstrating and sustaining commitment to conducting business in a socially and environmentally manner. To continuously realize our goal to improve the quality of life of our employees and contribute to the communities where we operate and call home, we collaborated with Hon. Mayor “Kid” Peña of Makati, and Mio Owners Republic (a nationwide owners of Yamaha Mio Bike), and launched a Feeding Program for the residents of Batute Street, Barangay Tejeros, Makati City.
In its continued efforts to give back to the community, Sales Rain held a charity event: “Food Donation Drive” at the West Coast Beach Resort in Zambales Philippines this past March 15. The event provided 100 less fortunate and native families of the nearby area with bags of rice. Chocolates were also distributed to indigent families and children to bring a smile to everyone. It was a successful and inspiring event for everyone.
Sales Rain BPO continues to grow as it proudly announced the opening of a third office in the Philippines. Located in Eastwood City, in Bagumbayan (Quezon City) area of Metro Manila, this office is on the 28th floor, the same IBM Plaza building where the company opened its 2nd office in 2012 on the 26th floor.
Sales Rain’s senior management attended this 2015’s Affiliate Summit West Convention held at the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The show presented the leaders with the opportunity to learn about a myriad of product and service offerings presented by its exhibitors from lead generation to CPC, CPA, Social Media and Affiliate Marketing as well as hosting, web content providers and many merchant account services.
In its continued efforts to give back to the community, Salesrain BPO donates 100,000 Php to the Philippines Red Cross to help in their efforts to aid the victims of the recent tragic devastation caused by Typhoon Yolanda earlier this month.
The Philippines has quickly become the new call center mecca. According to data collected by the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) revenues rose to $13 Billion in 2012 from $11 Billion in 2011 and citing that the country is employing some 780,000 call center agents, from 640,000 in 2011. As of 2011, the Philippines outpaced India and has become the number one provider of outsourcing for voice processes.
A major telecom company in Philippines has signed an agreement to lease 240 seats from Sales Rain BPO for its Australian client. As part of the deal, Sales Rain will provide its call center and network infrastructure to the client as back up site in case of a disaster.
Sales Rain BPO donates rice bags to 100 families of several barangays in Morong, Bataan. These families were severely affected by the flooding from typhoons Labuyo and Maring in August. Many lost everything and are struggling to rebuild their lives. Among the affected individuals were mostly family members caught in the flooding. Many of them are elderly, disabled and young children.
