Sales Rain announces the launch of its biggest site to date.
Located at the heart of the Tiger City of the Philippines, Mandaluyong, Sales Rain will set in motion its first coworking and private workspaces at the 41st floor of Pioneer Highlands Tower 2.
The said penthouse suite was first acquired last May 1st. With an area expanding from 1,617 sqm to 2,000 sqm inclusive of open and enclosed spaces, it comes with its own dedicated lobby, private elevators and designated parking spaces.
As of writing, the said floor is being remodeled to have a mezzanine expected to hold an estimated amount of 200 seats dedicated for call center operations. All the while the lower level will exclusively be for coworking spaces with private desks, business lounges and bars with complimentary drinks. Its interior design is made to foster productivity and creativity as well as give members the freedom to choose where they work.
